Let It Go

We all experience a state of calm and serenity when we meditate, however, to truly experience the freedom of surrender, we have to “let it go”.
The focus begins with our breath. We adjust this until we have total control over each in breath and each out breath. We guard the breathing in total focus.
We then contemplate all our thoughts and feelings while in this deep concentration, whereafter we identify that all these things are by nature unfulfilling, non-existent and subject to fading away.
This leads to liberation of the mind, to no suffering and ultimately, to true Awakening.
Keep at it, practice towards our True aim in Life, and attainment is guaranteed.
