We have all carried our many mental anguishes and physical pain through this lifetime and the countless previous lifetimes.
Learning how to see one’s cyclic existence and the unbecoming mental views of greed, anger and delusion will begin once one sees that our very existence is impermanent, unsatisfactory and without a self. These realizations cause us to have compassion and a deep yearning to right the problems in our own mind and thereby spread it to our loved ones, and on to all sentient beings everywhere.
One needs to train oneself in the full loving-kindness and compassion meditation in order to walk The Path of the Great Bodhisattva of Compassion, Tara.
Emulate the Greatest and one will be one of the Greats.
